About

I have over 20 years’ experience in change

I began working in science and business publishing and journalism, and then moved into internal communications in large global companies and the public sector.

After becoming interested in personal, behavioural communication in organisations, I then focused on facilitating change, in particular through supporting conversation in workshops and events, as well as individual coaching. I haveĀ an MSc in Organisation Consulting fromĀ Ashridge Business School. I’m also a qualified psychotherapist and see private clients in London.

In my work I try to focus on the actual, lived experiences of individuals, to make those explicit and bring them into the foreground. I don’t use fixed methods, but will always try to find ways of encouraging useful conversation by adapting and experimenting with a variety of approaches – based on the needs of the clients and the context. I aim to allow new thinking to emerge, or to enable any conflicts to be addressed, in constructive and supportive ways, while also ensuring I challenge people or teams to reflect more deeply on what is going on.
